Bharat Quantmine (BQM) Hydro Radiator for Single Machine is a high-performance cooling solution designed for modern hydro mining setups. It efficiently runs 1 hydro machine (e.g., S19 XP Hydro 293 TH) even in extreme Indian conditions.
It provides 20–25 kW cooling capacity even at 50°C+ ambient temperature. The system is equipped with high-efficiency axial fans, imported heavy-gauge industrial core, and a strong heavy-duty structure built for continuous operation.
The radiator features a honeycomb dual cooling system (internal + external) with a fully enclosed internal water circulation loop, ensuring no outside impurities enter the system. This increases machine life and reduces maintenance.
The radiator operates on a managed and maintained water pressure system, ensuring safe operation of the hydro machine and protecting internal components.
Machine temperature remains in top-class range, which increases machine life, reduces electricity consumption, and lowers maintenance cost. The cooler the machine runs, the better its performance and long-term durability.
A stainless steel water tank is used in the honeycomb dual cooling system for durability and corrosion resistance.
Premium robotics-grade pipes and hoses are used for long life and leak-proof performance.
It includes advanced safety features like water pressure sensor, heat sensor, cooling sensor, fan monitoring, and auto water cut-off mechanism.
An automatic heater system maintains water temperature above 20°C in winter, ensuring smooth operation in all seasons.
